This privacy policy covers the TradZonly website (tradzonly.com), including the landing page, setup guide, and cancellation guide. It does not cover Whop's purchase flow once you leave our site — Whop has its own privacy policy that applies when you reach their checkout, billing, and member portal.

Who is responsible for your data

TradZonly is the data controller for information collected through this website. "Data controller" means we decide what data is collected, why, and how it's used.

TradZonly هو المتحكم في البيانات التي تُجمَع من خلال هذا الموقع. "المتحكم في البيانات" يعني الجهة التي تقرّر ما يُجمَع من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف تُستخدَم.

You can contact us about anything privacy-related through the Telegram support bot at t.me/TradZonly_support_bot. We respond Sunday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+3), within two business days.

What data we collect

When you visit tradzonly.com, we collect a limited set of data through one tracking tool — the Whop pixel — and through standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider.

The Whop pixel collects:

If you contact us through the Telegram bot, Telegram processes your messages and account identifier. Once you provide an email address to the bot for ticket follow-up, we receive that email and use it to respond to your inquiry.

إذا تواصلت معنا عبر بوت تيليجرام، تُعالِج Telegram رسائلك ومعرّف حسابك. وبمجرّد تقديمك لعنوان بريد إلكتروني للبوت لمتابعة التذكرة، نتلقّى ذلك البريد ونستخدمه للردّ على استفسارك.

We do not collect names, payment information, or financial account details on tradzonly.com. Payment data is handled by Whop at their checkout — we never see it.

لا نجمع الأسماء، ولا معلومات الدفع، ولا تفاصيل الحسابات المالية على tradzonly.com. تُعالَج بيانات الدفع من قِبَل Whop عند صفحة الدفع لديهم — ولا تصل إلينا أبداً.

Why we collect this data and our lawful basis

We collect data for three purposes:

Attribution and analytics — understanding which marketing channels bring visitors to TradZonly, what content visitors engage with, and how our pages perform. This helps us improve the product and focus our outreach. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner when you first visit. If you decline, we don't fire the Whop pixel.

Operational logging — DreamHost's server logs exist for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interest. These logs are retained briefly and not used for marketing.

Customer support — when you contact us via the Telegram bot, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in providing support, or contract performance if you're a TradZonly subscriber.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than what's described in this policy.

How long we keep your data

مدة احتفاظنا ببياناتك

Whop pixel data: retained by Whop according to their data retention practices — typically the lifetime of your relationship with TradZonly plus a regulatory retention period.

بيانات بكسل Whop: تحتفظ بها Whop وفقاً لممارساتها الخاصة بالاحتفاظ بالبيانات — عادةً مدة علاقتك بـ TradZonly مضافاً إليها فترة الاحتفاظ التنظيمية.

Server logs: typically retained by DreamHost for 30-90 days for operational purposes, then deleted.

سجلّات الخادم: تحتفظ بها DreamHost عادةً لمدة ٣٠-٩٠ يوماً للأغراض التشغيلية، ثم تُحذَف.

Support conversations via Telegram bot: retained for as long as the conversation is operationally relevant, plus up to one year for support-history reference. You can request deletion at any time.

محادثات الدعم عبر بوت تيليجرام: تُحفَظ طالما كانت المحادثة ذات صلة تشغيلية، مضافاً إليها مدة تصل إلى سنة كمرجع لتاريخ الدعم. يمكنك طلب حذفها في أيّ وقت.

Email addresses provided during support escalation: retained for the duration of the support ticket, plus up to one year for follow-up reference.

International data transfers

TradZonly operates from Saudi Arabia. Our third-party processors operate globally — Whop and DreamHost are US-based; Telegram is internationally distributed. When you visit tradzonly.com or contact us, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States.

يعمل TradZonly من المملكة العربية السعودية. ويعمل مُعالجونا الخارجيون عالمياً — Whop و DreamHost مقرّهما الولايات المتحدة؛ Telegram موزّعة دولياً. عند زيارتك لـ tradzonly.com أو تواصلك معنا، قد تُنقَل بياناتك وتُعالَج في نطاقات قضائية خارج بلد إقامتك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with strict transfer rules: our processors maintain their own legal mechanisms for international transfers (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards), and we rely on those mechanisms.

TradZonly is not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with data, contact us through the Telegram support bot and we will delete it promptly.

TradZonly غير موجَّه لأيّ شخص دون سنّ السادسة عشرة. ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية من أفراد دون السادسة عشرة. إن كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً دون السادسة عشرة قدّم لنا بيانات، تواصل معنا عبر بوت الدعم على تيليجرام وسنحذفها فوراً.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version label at the top of the policy will change when we do. For significant changes that affect your rights, we will provide notice through the website. Continued use of tradzonly.com after a policy change means you accept the updated terms.
