TradZonly — Cancellation Guide

Open your profile menu

Sign in to your account and click the profile avatar in the top-right corner. From the dropdown, select Orders.

Click the avatar at the top-right of the page.
Choose Orders from the dropdown menu.

Open your active subscription

On the Orders page, you'll see a list of your Active subscriptions. Click the TradZonly Strategy row to open it.

Confirm Orders is highlighted in the sidebar.
Click the TradZonly Strategy subscription row.

Heads upIf your trial is active, you'll see Trial ends in Nd. Cancelling now keeps your access until that date.

Click "Cancel subscription"

The Manage TradZonly panel opens. Scroll to the bottom of the subscription details and press the red Cancel subscription link.

Review your subscription details.
Scroll to the bottom of the panel.
Press Cancel subscription (red link).

NotePersonal details have been masked in this guide for privacy.

Confirm and cancel

A confirmation dialog asks why you're leaving. Pick the closest reason, optionally add feedback, then press Cancel membership.

Select a cancellation reason.
Optional: leave feedback in Tell us more.
Press the red Cancel membership button to confirm.
Or press Nevermind to keep your subscription.

Final stepالخطوة الأخيرةYou'll keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, the strategy is removed from your TradingView and the community workspace closes for your account.ستحتفظ بصلاحيتك حتى نهاية فترة الفوترة. بعد ذلك، تُزال الاستراتيجية من TradingView وتُغلق مساحة المجتمع لحسابك.

أكّد الإلغاء

تظهر نافذة تأكيد تسأل عن سبب المغادرة. اختر السبب الأقرب، أضف ملاحظاتك إن أردت، ثم اضغط Cancel membership.
